Not Guilty Red Blend is an alcohol-free Australian red blend, de-alcoholised using spinning cone technology (meaning the alcohol is removed from wine made at full strength). Crimson in the glass with purple hues, it has aromas of red fruits, raspberries and dark cherries alongside chocolate and spiced oak. The palate is robust and full-bodied, with ripe berry fruit and spicy vanilla oak, finishing with soft, drying tannins.
