Not Guilty Rosé Zero Alcohol is the rosé in the Not Guilty Zero range of alcohol-free wines, produced in South Australia by Australian Vintage. It is fermented on oak at 18-22°C for five to seven days. The alcohol is then removed using a spinning cone column (a low-temperature method of gently separating the alcohol from the finished wine to preserve its character).
