Oddbird Addiction is the non-alcoholic Spanish expression in Oddbird's range, made from 100% organic Tempranillo sourced from Ribera del Duero. Production involves cold maceration, native-yeast fermentation in stainless steel, a brief period in oak, and twelve months on fine lees before dealcoholisation by vacuum distillation.
