Oddbird Domaine de la Prade is the organic red in Oddbird's non-alcoholic wine range, a Merlot and Syrah blend sourced from the Languedoc-Roussillon. The wine is aged on fine lees for up to twelve months before the alcohol is removed through vacuum distillation. This extended ageing period before dealcoholisation is a defining part of the Oddbird approach, and applies to this wine as to others in the range.
