Oddbird Domaine de la Prade is an alcohol-free merlot-shiraz blend from Languedoc-Roussillon in the south of France, grown on limestone terroir. The wine is de-alcoholised, meaning made at full strength and then the alcohol removed, and aged for 12 months. Ruby red in colour, it has aromas of cherry, plum and spice. On the palate, blackberry, cherry, plum and caramel, with smooth tannins and a balanced finish. It pairs well with light meat or vegetarian dishes, served at 16°C.
