Oddbird GSM is the non-alcoholic red wine in Oddbird's range from the Languedoc appellation of Saint-Chinian. The name reflects the Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre trio that defines the blend. What distinguishes the production is fermentation in raw concrete tanks with light pump-overs, followed by twelve months on fine lees before dealcoholisation.
