Oddbird Low Intervention Organic White Nº 2 is an alcohol-free white wine from Alsace, France, produced from hand-picked grapes. The blend draws on Gewürztraminer and Riesling among other classic Alsatian varieties, aged for 12 months, then dealcoholised, meaning the wine is fermented to full strength and the alcohol removed using a low-temperature method that preserves the original aromatics. In the glass it is pale golden, with citrus, apple, and a mineral character, finishing crisp and refreshing. It pairs well with seafood and salads.
