About This Drink
Oddbird Low Intervention Organic White Nº 2 is the alcohol-free white wine in Oddbird's Low Intervention sub-series, sourced from Alsace. The blend draws on six organic varieties: Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Sylvaner. The wine matures in stainless steel before dealcoholisation.
