Oddbird Sparkling Rosé is an award-winning alcohol-free sparkling wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of southern France, made from Syrah grapes by the Swedish brand Oddbird. The alcohol is removed using a low-temperature, aroma-preserving method, meaning the wine is dealcoholised at a reduced temperature to protect its aromas during the process. It is naturally pale pink in colour, with fine, persistent bubbles and a gentle carbonation that adds texture. On the nose, it carries strawberry, raspberry, wild rose and a floral lift. The palate is fruit-driven, with strawberry, raspberry, green apple and citrus, a subtle mineral edge, and fresh acidity, with a silky, well-balanced feel. The finish is clean, dry and crisp. It suits warm-weather drinking well.
