Oddbird Spumante is an alcohol-free sparkling wine made from Glera grapes grown in Treviso, Italy's Prosecco region. The grapes are cold-fermented in stainless steel, then the wine is aged for 12 months before gentle dealcoholisation, meaning the alcohol is removed after full fermentation. The profile is crisp and refreshing, with Nashi pear, green apple, elderflower and grapefruit. The finish is clean, with lively bubbles.
