Oddbird Spumante Rosé is an alcohol-free sparkling wine made from Glera and Pinot Noir grapes in the Veneto region of Italy. Cool-fermented in stainless steel and aged for 12 months, it goes through a low-temperature dealcoholisation process, meaning the wine is produced at full strength before the alcohol is removed.
