Omnipollo Nyponsoppa is an alcohol-free fruited beer that takes its cue from nyponsoppa, the rosehip soup eaten as a treat in Swedish childhoods. The recipe leans on lots of rose hips for its fruit character. It is brewed at De Proefbrouwerij in Belgium.
