Pallini Limonzero is a non-alcoholic limoncello alternative from Rome's Pallini distillery, which has been producing liqueurs in the city since 1875 and is recognised as the only active distillery in Rome. The lemon sourcing is the defining detail: hand-picked Sfusato lemons from the Amalfi Coast, carrying Costa d'Amalfi protected geographical indication (PGI) status. No artificial colourings, fragrances or flavourings are used in production.
