Pastore's Sorbetto Strawberry Cherry & Lime is an alcohol-free sour made in Cambridgeshire. It is produced using mixed fermentation, which blends more than one yeast or bacteria culture to build its tart character. In the glass it is hazy, ranging from pale pink to rosy red. The aroma is fresh strawberry and cherry with a zesty lime lift. To taste it is juicy and tart, with strawberry sweetness, cherry depth and a sharp citrus snap from the lime. The mouthfeel is light and refreshing, ending on a clean sour finish.
