Pathfinder's The Pathfinder Spirit is an alcohol-free, amaro-style botanical spirit made from hempseed, built to stand on its own rather than imitate gin. The production involves distillation, maceration of botanicals (steeping them in the spirit to draw out their character) and fermentation using selected yeast strains to keep the alcohol content minimal. Dark amber in the glass, it has bold bittersweet character, with gentian root, hemp, saffron and spices on the palate alongside wormwood, angelica, maple and citrus peel. Douglas-fir is among the wider aromatic range. The hempseed base contributes omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, antioxidants, and vitamins B and D. It contains no CBD or THC and keeps at room temperature for up to 12 months.
