Pearsons Botanicals London Dry is produced by Spirits of Virtue in Scotland and is the drier of the two expressions in the Pearsons range, sitting alongside the London Blend. The base uses spring water drawn from Pannanich Wells on Deeside, which has filtered naturally through the Grampian mountains over 50 years before reaching the still. As a non-alcoholic gin alternative, it positions itself at the classic, juniper-led end of the range.
