Proxies Gin & Tonic is one of the cocktail-inspired entries in the Proxies range, alongside the Spicy Margarita and Mai Tai variants. Proxies was created by Acid League, a Canadian food and drink company. The formula uses classic gin botanicals (angelica root and cubeb berry) alongside quassia bark and Sicilian lemon, building the structural bitterness associated with a gin and tonic without any alcohol.
