Purbeck Zero Cider is the first alcohol-free release from the Purbeck Cider Company, which has been pressing at Lower Bushey Farm near Corfe Castle in Dorset since 2006. Launched in May 2025, it uses 100% single-pressed Dorset apples, including the Dabinett variety, with no juice concentrates and no artificial flavourings. Production involves a slow, pressurised fermentation before the alcohol is removed, a method Joe Hartle developed to retain the orchard character of the finished cider.
