REBELS Rosso Aperitif is an alcohol-free aperitif alternative produced in Switzerland, made with oak bark extract. It is a bitter aperitif with a bittersweet, firmly bitter character. The flavour brings together orange, bergamot and gentian with warm and floral spice, aromatic herbs and a touch of citrus zest. The finish is long, with a slightly peppery edge.
