REBELS Rosso Aperitif is the bittersweet aperitif entry in REBELS' range of alcohol-free spirit and aperitif alternatives from Switzerland. Gentian root distillate, the classic bitterness driver in traditional Italian-style aperitifs, accounts for 5% of the liquid and is joined by bergamot, oak bark extract, and vermouth and spice extracts in the botanical composition.
