Terroir Riesling Kalkstein
Off-dry German Riesling, de-alcoholised cold to keep red apple and pear
About This Drink
Reh Kendermann's Terroir Riesling Kalkstein is an alcohol-free white wine from the Pfalz region of Germany, made entirely from Riesling grapes. It is de-alcoholised by vacuum extraction below 30°C, which removes the alcohol at low temperature to protect the fruit. Light-bodied with crisp acidity, it carries fresh red apples and ripe pear alongside wild herbs, and finishes with a subtle mineral edge. It is off-dry, leaving a touch of sweetness.
