The seven key botanicals include elderberries, seaberries, samphire, kelp, pine and Icelandic moss, a selection that sets it apart from the more juniper-forward approach of First Light. An unusual production step stabilises the final blend with kombucha, adding a fermented layer to the base. At 0.0% alcohol-free, Midnight Sun is the aperitif-style pour in the Salcombe range.
