San Miguel 0,0 is an alcohol-free pilsner lager from Spain, produced by Mahou San Miguel. It is the original in the 0,0 range, which also includes the Radler and Tostada variants. Rather than removing the alcohol after brewing, the beer is made using a restricted-fermentation approach: the grain bill is formulated to produce fewer fermentable sugars, limiting how much alcohol is generated in the first place. It registers 22 IBUs of bitterness.
