Siegfried Wonderazul is an alcohol-free tequila alternative made in the Black Forest region of Germany by Siegfried Rheinland Distillers. It is built on a distillate of the blue agave plant, the same plant behind tequila, combined with botanicals. The drink is coloured blue by natural blue spirulina, which also gives a subtle marine character. The agave shows through with salt and a light smokiness.
