Sim! Cerveja's Cerveja Sem Álcool - Melancia SOUR'n Salt is an award-winning alcohol-free fruit beer from Campinas, Brazil, launched in December 2024. It follows the Gose style, a German sour wheat tradition seasoned with salt, so the beer is sour with a salty touch. Watermelon is the main ingredient, giving a fresh watermelon aroma on the nose and a matching watermelon flavour on the palate. Sim! Cerveja also makes a Cerveja Sem Álcool IPA.
