Sir James 101 Spritz Aperitif was the first drink the brand developed and remains part of its mocktail series. Modelled on the Venetian Spritz format, the recipe uses orange extract alongside botanical infusions of rosemary, sage, and clove to build its aromatic depth, with quinine providing a bitter edge in the style of a traditional aperitif. The carbonation is calibrated to approximate the effervescence of a standard alcoholic spritz. As a non-alcoholic ready-to-drink serve, it removes the need for mixing equipment or specialist ingredients.
