Sky Wave Zero was developed over 18 months at Sky Wave's small-batch distillery in Bicester, using a two-litre developmental still before its launch in July 2023. The botanical bill extends beyond three citrus varieties and fresh ginger to include juniper, orris root, black pepper, and marshmallow leaf. Tasters have noted orange, floral and earthy character that holds up well when served with a mixer.
