Sober Spirits 0.0% Rum is an award-winning alcohol-free rum alternative and the first non-alcoholic rum made from real spirits. It is produced in France at a distillery dating from 1875. The spirit is first distilled like traditional rum to 65% strength, then the alcohol is extracted. It is redistilled in century-old pot stills with French oak bark. The result is clear and light-bodied, with an aroma reminiscent of traditional rum and a mildly sweet taste.
