Sober Spirits 0.0% Spritz is the aperitivo in the brand's range of non-alcoholic spirit alternatives. The base spirit is initially distilled in Italy before de-alcoholisation and final blending take place in Grasse, southern France, at a distillery in operation since 1875. The botanical profile draws on blood orange, bitter orange, gentian, rhubarb, and angelica, giving it the bitter-citrus character associated with classic Italian aperitivos. As with other expressions in the Sober Spirits range, the alcohol extracted during processing is routed into high perfumery.
