Sobour Doublewood is an alcohol-free bourbon-style drink from the British brand Sobour. It uses botanical extracts and flavour distillates to recreate the depth of double wood maturation, the process of ageing spirit in two different types of cask. The character draws on toasted oak and soft Madagascan vanilla, with warm spice also present. The colour is deep amber. On the nose, vanilla and gentle oak open first, followed by a light touch of dried spice. On the palate, sweet vanilla leads, balanced by toasted oak and a gentle spice edge. The mouthfeel is smooth and rounded, with a clean finish. Sobour also makes a rye-style AF drink.
