Parallel is Southern Grist Brewing's first alcohol-free beer, a non-alcoholic IPA from Nashville, Tennessee. It is brewed with a yeast strain that doesn't ferment maltose, chosen specifically to preserve the full body and mouthfeel of the brewery's standard IPAs. A double dry-hop with Citra and Motueka hops gives it a citrus and tropical fruit character.
