Surely Sparkling Rosé is an alcohol-free sparkling rosé made in California. It begins as rosé wine that is dealcoholised, meaning the wine is made at full strength and then has its alcohol taken back out, before being blended with peach and sauvignon blanc concentrate. The result tastes of strawberry, peach and raspberry.
