Tarquin's Cornish Dry Non-Alcoholic Spirit took three years and hundreds of taste tests to develop at Southwestern Distillery on the north Cornish coast. The process starts from the brand's flagship Cornish Dry Gin, which is infused with additional juniper and citrus before distillation, concentrating the botanical character while reducing alcohol, then blended with distilled water. The resulting spirit sits under 0.5% ABV and is the sole entry in Tarquin's non-alcoholic range.
