Moon Rabbit Vanilla & Tonka Stout is Tartarus Beers' first low-alcohol release. Brewed at their Sheepscar site, the brewery chose to open its alcohol-free account with a stout rather than a lighter style, a deliberate starting point for what remains a small but considered range alongside the Spright Table Beer. The decision to debut with a complex, conditioned dark beer signals an intent to treat the category seriously from the outset.
