Tartarus Moon Rabbit is an alcohol-free stout produced in the United Kingdom and released at the start of 2023 with the Dry January audience in mind. It is built from an imperial stout recipe with the fermentables removed, meaning the sugars that would normally ferment into alcohol are taken out, keeping it at 0.5%. It is then conditioned on vanilla and tonka beans, the source of its vanilla and tonka flavour. The aroma is smoky roasted grain, the taste runs to bitter coffee, and the body is heavy.
