About This Drink
Sylph is an alcohol-free New England IPA brewed by Tartarus in Leeds, made with wheat and oats and dry hopped with Citra and Nectaron. It has a hazy golden colour with a soft pale head. The aroma is citrus, passionfruit, peach, melon and red berries, with a gentle background of soft malt. On the taste, juicy citrus and tropical fruit lead into peach, melon and light berry, finishing with a gentle hop bitterness. The mouthfeel is smooth and creamy, with a rounded body.
