The Floral is the lightest and most perfumed of The Duchess's three gin and tonic variants. Where the Botanical leans into warm spice and the Greenery goes herbal, this one takes a softer, more fragrant direction. Primrose and citrus blossom do most of the work on the nose; honeybush — an indigenous South African plant with a natural honey-like sweetness — adds a subtle warmth in the background. Like the rest of the range, it's built on redistilled juniper extract rather than flavour concentrate, which gives the aroma more structure than a lot of canned AF G&Ts manage. The quinine is present enough to give the tonic character without being sharp, and stevia keeps the sweetness minimal. At 17 calories and 2.3g sugar per 100ml, it sits among the lower-calorie options on the AF shelf. Gluten-free and vegan. The honeybush inclusion makes it stand out slightly from the usual floral G&T alternatives — it's a more interesting botanical combination than most.
