The Spirit of Gin is The Free Spirits Company's award-winning alcohol-free gin alternative, made in Marin County, California, and inspired by classic Plymouth-style gin. It is produced using a process called Distillate Reconstruction, which builds the botanical character without alcohol. It is intended as a base for classic gin cocktails, giving bartenders a foundation to build on. On the nose it carries lemon and lime citrus, green juniper, sweet cardamom and gentian. To taste, green botanicals, sappy juniper, citrus zest and fresh thyme. The finish is long and spicy, with drying citrus and juniper resin.
