Toast Brewing Changing Tides Lager is a non-alcoholic lager from Toast Brewing, founded in London in 2016 around the concept of brewing with surplus bread from bakeries and supermarkets. In Changing Tides, roughly a quarter of the grain bill comes from that surplus bread alongside Pilsner malt, with Challenger and Sovereign hops providing the hop character. Through this process, Toast has diverted several million slices of bread from landfill, and the brewery donates all of its profits to environmental charities.
