Torres Natureo Syrah Cabernet Sauvignon is the rosé in the Natureo range, Familia Torres' line of alcohol-free wines from Catalonia. Before fermentation, the grapes undergo brief skin contact, where the juice rests on the Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon skins to draw out colour and aromatic compounds. The alcohol is then removed by vacuum distillation at low temperature, a process where reduced air pressure lowers the boiling point and allows alcohol to be separated with minimal heat, preserving the wine's aromas.
