B1654 Sparkling Chardonnay
A dealcoholised sparkling Chardonnay from Australia, its name rooted in the early history of winemaking.
About This Drink
B1654 Sparkling Chardonnay is an alcohol-free sparkling wine from Triple Creek Winery in South Eastern Australia. Its name refers to 1654, the year the first vines were recorded as planted in the Cape of Good Hope, a nod to the long heritage of wine production. The wine is made at full strength using traditional winemaking techniques and then has the alcohol gently removed (a process known as dealcoholisation), with the aim of keeping the varietal character of the Chardonnay and its delicate bubbles intact.
