Vallformosa 0,0 Rosé is an alcohol-free sparkling rosé from the Spanish winemaker Vallformosa. The alcohol is taken out by low-temperature vacuum distillation, which removes it under reduced pressure so the wine is never heated, and concentrated grape must is then added back to rebalance the taste. Carbonic gives it a fine bubble, and it is bottled under pressure to keep those qualities intact. It is pale cherry in colour with pink and violet hues. The aromas are strawberry, raspberry and cherry. The taste is smooth and pleasant, with a luscious texture and fine bubbles. Vallformosa also makes a 0,0 White.
