Vallformosa 0,0 Rosé is the rosé in Vallformosa's 0,0 sub-range, a pair of sparkling dealcoholised wines from the brand's Penedès base in Catalonia. The blend draws on Garnacha Tinta, Trepat and Pinot Noir, with dealcoholisation carried out by low-temperature vacuum distillation, a method the brand says preserves aromas and flavours that higher-temperature processes can strip away. After dealcoholisation, concentrated grape must is added to restore balance before carbonation and isobaric bottling. The producer describes the wine as showing strawberry, raspberry and cherry character.
