Vallformosa 0,0 White is the white sparkling in Vallformosa's 0,0 range, an alcohol-free wine made at a Penedès estate that traces its history back to 1865. The base blend uses Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada, the three native white varieties most closely associated with the Penedès appellation. After de-alcoholisation, isobaric bottling is used to preserve the fine bubble structure. The brand's tasting notes cite aromas of pear, green apple, banana, pineapple and mango.
