Van Hunks Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine is an alcohol-free fizz from Cape Town, South Africa. It is built from Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and made by traditional winemaking, then de-alcoholised, which means it is fermented as a full-strength wine before the alcohol is taken back out. The result is salmon pink in the glass, carrying aromas of strawberries and ripe plums.
