Vicaris NANO° is the first alcohol-free beer from Brouwerij Dilewyns, a Belgian brewery, and a blond specialty beer brewed the same way as the rest of the Vicaris range. Instead of removing alcohol after brewing, it uses a special yeast that does not turn sugars into alcohol during fermentation. Three types of hops and two malts go into it, and the gluten from the barley malt is broken down during brewing. Every batch is analysed by an accredited laboratory. This award-winning blond is full-bodied, with fresh hop and citrus.
