Villiera South Africa Chenin Blanc is an alcohol-free white made from South African grapes. It starts as fermented Chenin grape juice, then has the alcohol removed, a process called de-alcoholisation in which the wine is made at full strength before the alcohol is taken out. The result keeps the Chenin Blanc character of the original wine.
