Vinada Charming Chardonnay is one of two Chardonnay expressions in Vinada's non-alcoholic wine range, which also spans rosé, red, and cocktail-style options. The Languedoc Chardonnay is dealcoholised using low-temperature vacuum extraction, a process the brand uses specifically to preserve as much of the original grape aroma as possible. A natural trace of alcohol (around 0.17%) remains as a by-product of fermentation, disclosed on the brand's own FAQ. Vinada is a Dutch producer working across multiple grape varieties and styles in the alcohol-free wine category.
