Vinada Crispy Chardonnay is part of Vinada's sparkling alcohol-free wine range, made from Chardonnay grapes sourced from Languedoc, France. Like others in the range, it carries a trace ABV of 0.17% from natural fermentation rather than added alcohol. Vinada uses low-temperature vacuum extraction during dealcoholisation, capturing aromatics separately and returning them to the wine, a process the brand says preserves more varietal character than conventional approaches.
