The standard Margarita is a tequila, lime, and orange liqueur combination, usually served with salt. A. Le Coq's Virgin version does something different: it leans into watermelon, giving the drink a vivid red colour and a sweeter, more summery flavour profile that owes more to a watermelon soda than anything you'd find at a Mexican bar. That's not a criticism. The watermelon and lime combination works in its own right - it's sweet, fruity, and pleasantly tart. Apple juice concentrate is in the mix alongside the citric and malic acids, which adds a mild fruitiness without being heavy. The carbonation is the same light fizz you get across the range. At 32 kcal per 100ml it's the lightest drink in the Virgin Cocktails line. Like all five variants, it's produced by A. Le Coq in Estonia and primarily sold in Baltic and northern European markets, though specialist UK importers occasionally carry it.
