Waitrose Sauvignon Blanc is an alcohol-free white made from Spanish Sauvignon Blanc grapes. It is de-alcoholised, meaning the wine is fermented at full strength before the alcohol is removed, then aromatised and bottled by Reh Kendermann in Bingen, Germany. It carries passion fruit, gooseberry and tropical fruit flavours. The bottle wears the Waitrose own label, alongside the supermarket's other alcohol-free drinks such as a Sparkling Chardonnay.
