Wednesday's Domaine Cuvée is an alcohol-free sparkling rosé and one of several French-named wines in the Wednesday's Domaine range. The base grapes are Airen Blanco and Tempranillo, two varieties cultivated in Spain's La Mancha region, which form the foundation before dealcoholisation and the addition of botanical concentrates.
