About This Drink
Wednesday's Domaine Eclat is an alcohol-free sparkling white wine made from Verdejo grapes grown in the La Mancha region of Central Spain. The wine begins as a fully fermented base wine before de-alcoholisation, meaning the alcohol is removed after fermentation is complete, using advanced precision blending techniques. It is bottled in lighter glass. Pale golden in the glass with fine bubbles, Eclat has citrus, apple and floral aromas. On the palate it is dry and mineral, with crisp acidity and flavours of elderflower, ginger and lemon. The finish is crisp and refreshing. Best served chilled in a flute glass alongside seafood or canapés.
