Wednesday's Domaine Elan is an alcohol-free still rosé in the Wednesday's Domaine range. The base wine combines Airen Blanco, a white Spanish grape variety, and Tempranillo, both from La Mancha in central Spain. It is blended with elderflower and ginger concentrates.
