Hellraiser Dark Amber was the first beer WellBeing Brewing released when the brand launched in 2017 and remains its flagship non-alcoholic offering. It is brewed at O'Fallon Brewery in Maryland Heights, Missouri, which provides the specialised dealcoholisation equipment the brand relies on. The recipe uses Crystal malts to build the characteristic dark amber colour and toasted character, with Cascade hops contributing floral and citrus notes to the aroma. Founder Jeff Stevens developed the beer with social inclusivity in mind, specifically targeting an option that would read and drink like a conventional craft ale for non-drinkers. A press review noted that the beer achieves the body and mouthfeel of a craft ale while avoiding the metallic aftertaste found in some non-alcoholic products.
